Do you want to build with me?
7→1 is my public startup experiment.
I am building 7 startups with one goal: DKK 1,000,000 in monthly revenue.
Two companies are already operating. Five new startups are launching now.
I am not looking for passive followers. I am looking for builders who can think creatively, give sharp feedback, and eventually help execute.
The strongest builders can qualify for a co-founder agreement with significant ownership in selected new startups. In some cases that can be 50 to 80% ownership, if it makes sense legally, practically, and personally.
This is not a random giveaway. It is a way to find people who can actually help build.
1. What is 7→1?
7→1 is my public startup experiment.
I am building 7 startups with one goal: DKK 1,000,000 in monthly revenue.
For software products, it is measured as MRR. For other business models, it is measured as monthly revenue.
What the 7 startups share is not that they are all AI products. What they share is that they are built and run with AI as leverage.
The test is to find out how much one founder can build when AI is used to remove as much repetitive founder work as possible.
2. The 7 companies + bonus

Do you want to contribute?
Choose one of the 7 startups and write what you would test first.
The best contributions will be used to find the builders who can actually help move the companies forward.
A good contribution could be:
a concrete validation test
a customer insight
a growth idea
a positioning suggestion
an AI workflow
a prompt
a product input
a sharp observation about the market
One strong contribution is better than ten random comments.
3. What is the test?
The test is simple:
Can one founder build and run multiple startups with AI without drowning in founder chaos?
I am testing whether research, marketing, product work, content, development, and operations can be automated enough for several startups to be built and run in parallel.
One of the companies is my primary full-time startup. The others are AI powered bets where time spent needs to stay extremely low. The goal is about 90 minutes per week per bet, where that is realistic.
That way we can measure the difference between traditional founder focus and AI leverage.
4. The AI stack behind 7→1
7→1 is being built with a broad AI founder setup.
That includes Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Claude Design, ElevenLabs, and a software stack with Vercel, Supabase, Notion, HubSpot, and an agent tool I have developed myself.
The goal is not to find one magic AI tool.
The goal is to find out which workflows, prompts, agents, and software processes can actually remove repeated founder work in the real world.
Railstack is my developer tool in the stack. It is not the whole AI agent system, but a separate product for founders and builders who want to build software faster with AI.
The broader AI agent setup for marketing, product, research, and operations is being tested through the challenge as a separate track. It is not Railstack.
5. The current numbers
Goal: DKK 1,000,000 in monthly revenue
Current: DKK 16,500 MRR and 61 customers
✅ Heads DKK 6,000 MRR

6. What have I learned so far?
The first days have already produced important learnings.
First: AI can accelerate a lot, but time is still a real constraint. I did not finish everything on day 1 because branding, landing pages, social distribution, and the game concept took longer than expected.
Second: TikTok does not work well for sending the same DM link to many people. That is why the builder brief now lives in the bio, and comments need to be more qualitative.
“AI” comments are fine for raising your hand. But they do not make you stand out as a builder.
If you want to stand out, comment instead with:
which startup you want to contribute to
what you would test first
which idea, feedback, or workflow you suggest
what you want to learn more about
how you can concretely help move the company forward
7. How can you contribute?
You can contribute ideas, feedback, tests, customer insights, growth suggestions, product input, prompts, workflows, and AI agent ideas.
The best contributions will be used to evaluate who actually thinks like a builder, not just like a spectator.
It is not about writing the most comments. It is about contributing something that makes the company better.
8. How are builders chosen?
This is not a random giveaway.
Builders are evaluated on:
the quality of their contributions
engagement over time
creative thinking
founder fit
the ability to execute
the ability to move a company forward
the desire to contribute concretely again and again
Good ideas are valuable. But the key is the ability to turn ideas into action again and again.
9. What can you qualify for?
The strongest builders can qualify for a co-founder agreement with significant ownership in selected new companies.
In some cases, that can be 50 to 80% ownership, if it makes sense legally, practically, and personally.
The ownership opportunity primarily applies to new startups where it makes sense legally and practically.
Existing companies with current co-founders or team structures, such as Mesterflow, work differently and cannot simply be transferred as majority ownership.
Any ownership requires a separate written agreement, vesting, clear roles, and continued contribution.
10. Important disclaimer
Comments, ideas, feedback, and suggestions do not automatically grant rights to ownership, payment, employment, or IP.
Any ownership requires a separate written agreement, vesting, and fulfillment of agreed conditions.
The 7→1 Builder Challenge is not a random drawing, raffle, or contest based on chance.
