These terms apply to the Railstack landing pages and participation in the 7→1 Builder Challenge.

Information and signup pages

These pages exist to present Railstack, collect waitlist signups, and handle builder interest around the 7→1 Builder Challenge.

No guarantee of access or collaboration

• A signup does not automatically grant product access.
• A signup does not automatically grant ownership, payment, or employment.
• Builder qualification happens through individual evaluation.

Ideas, comments, and feedback

Comments, ideas, feedback, and suggestions do not automatically create a right to compensation, employment, co-founder status, or IP ownership. Any ownership or formal collaboration always requires a separate written agreement, vesting, and clear roles.

Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the pages, signup flows, or challenge format at any time.
